Scope

The primary subject of this blog is business law. The topic I wish to address this quarter is the area of nonprofits. What is a nonprofit? How are they created? What impact do they have on for-profit businesses? Are they good for the American economy? What issues are currently affecting nonprofit business from a legal standpoint? What role(s) can a paralegal fulfill in a nonprofit organization? These are a few of the questions I will research in the coming weeks.
